2. We will then arrange a no-obligation home survey with one of our specialist Surveyors. The Surveyor will complete all necessary checks to ensure we design the best system for you.
3. We will design your system and provide you with a quotation. We will also provide you with an estimate as to how much you can expect to save on your electricity costs and how much money you might expect to generate from FITs.

Generate income as well as electricity
Under new laws in 2010 the Government introduced the FIT. Under this scheme the big energy suppliers are duty bound to pay you for the electricity that you generate from your solar panels (subject to eligibility).
FITs provide you with a guaranteed income of 41.3 pence for each unit of solar electricity you generate and an extra 3 pence for every unit you do not use and export to the electricity network. The payments made to you are tax free, government backed and will last for 25 years. FITs are projected to give you an average tax free return of over 7% per annum on your investment.
They are inflation-linked and will be adjusted every year in line with the Retail Price Index to help protect your return on investment. FITs are easily arranged and we are only too happy to help you through that process.
